Terms of service
Effective November 7, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and AI4Founders, LLC ("we", "us"), which operates RedPrecinct at redprecinct.com, and NC GOTV Research and the NC GOTV dashboard at ncgotv.com, including its research, chat, and www subdomains (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use the service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. Questions: info@ai4founders.com.
Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old. The service is offered to registered Republicans in North Carolina. At signup we compare the details you enter with the North Carolina voter file. If they match a registration with another party, you can't sign up unless your registration recently changed to Republican. If we can't find a match, or your registration recently changed, you explain why you should be verified and attest that you are a Republican; you then pay as usual and get 14 days of access while we review your account by hand. You agree that the information you give us is true.
We may refuse any signup, and we may revoke access at any time if we believe you don't meet these requirements or have given us false information. If we deny an account at review, or don't verify it within 14 days, we close it, cancel its subscription, and refund its latest payment.
Accounts and team seats
Each person gets their own login. Keep your password secure and don't share your account; you are responsible for activity under it. Tell us right away at info@ai4founders.com if you think it has been compromised.
A Team account is owned by the person who created it. The owner controls the team's subscription, seats, invite link, and credit purchases, and is responsible for the team members they invite and for those members following these terms. Team accounts need at least 2 seats. The owner can add or remove seats; a team that is down to one person can switch to the Individual plan or cancel. All members of a team draw from one shared credit balance, and the owner can see which member ran each charge.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly in advance: Individual is $35 per month for one seat, and Team is $30 per seat per month with a minimum of 2 seats. Current prices are on the pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically each month, and you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your card for each renewal until you cancel.
Seat changes and plan switches are prorated: Stripe charges or credits the difference for the rest of the current billing period right away. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription on the Billing page; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not refund partial months, except where the law requires it.
If a payment fails, your account becomes read-only and is deactivated if the balance isn't paid within 7 days. Prices include any applicable sales taxes. We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you in advance by email or in the app, and the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.
Usage credit
AI chat, research runs, web searches, and exports are paid for from prepaid usage credit held for your account. Your first invoice includes a one-time signup credit: $20 for an Individual account or $30 for a Team account (one per account, not per seat). Account owners can buy more credit in $20, $50, $100 amounts.
Usage is deducted at the rates posted on the pricing page when the work runs. While work is in progress we may reserve part of your balance and release what isn't used. Research runs show an estimate and a spending cap you approve before they start. When your available credit reaches zero, metered work stops; we don't bill overages beyond your balance.
Credit is non-refundable except where the law requires it, has no cash value, and can't be transferred to another account. Unused credit stays with your account if you cancel and is available again if you resubscribe. Credit is forfeited when your account is closed or terminated.
Exports
Each account gets 5 free CSV exports per calendar month (Eastern time). Unused free exports do not carry over. After that, each export costs $1.00, deducted from your credit when you download it; if your available credit is below $1.00, the export is refused. Downloading a file you already exported again is free. Each export is limited to 25,000 rows. A CSV someone downloads from a share link you created counts as your export.
Acceptable use of voter data
The service displays voter registration and voting history records published by the North Carolina State Board of Elections. Under N.C.G.S. 163-82.10, this information may be used only for purposes related to elections, political activity, voter registration, or law enforcement. You agree to use the service and anything you get from it only for those purposes, and to comply with all election, privacy, and communications laws that apply to you, including rules for calls, texts, and email.
You may not:
- use voter data for commercial solicitation or any purpose unrelated to elections or political activity;
- use it to harass, threaten, intimidate, or dox any person, or to interfere with anyone's right to vote;
- sell, resell, license, or redistribute voter data from the service, or publish it in bulk, except to share it within your own campaign or organization for permitted purposes;
- share your login, or let anyone outside your account use the service through it;
- scrape or bulk-download the service by automated means, get around export limits or billing, probe or disrupt the service, or try to reach data your account isn't permitted to see.
AI-generated content
Answers, reports, charts, maps, and lists are produced by AI models working from the voter file, election results, files you upload, and web searches. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Check anything important against the underlying data before you rely on it. Nothing in the service is legal, compliance, or financial advice; ask a qualified professional about campaign finance, election law, or similar questions.
Your content
You keep ownership of the questions, files, and other content you put into the service. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit it, including sending it to our AI providers, only as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. We keep and delete content as described in our privacy policy.
If you create a share link, the people you share it with can see the shared report or dashboard until it expires or you revoke it.
Third-party services
The service relies on other providers, including Stripe (payments), Anthropic and xAI (AI processing), Render (hosting and database), and email delivery services. Payments are also subject to Stripe's terms. We aren't responsible for outages or errors caused by these providers, but we choose them carefully and use them only as described in our privacy policy.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, misuse voter data, fail to pay, or create risk or legal exposure for us or others. If we terminate your account because you broke these terms, we don't refund fees or credit. We may also discontinue the service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice.
The sections on acceptable use, your content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law continue to apply after your account ends.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service or its data will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Voter data reflects what the State Board of Elections publishes and when we last loaded it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or election outcomes, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify AI4Founders, LLC and its owners and contractors against any claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, your use of voter data, or your violation of these terms or the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms; if you don't agree, cancel your subscription.
